1. Where is my order?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within:
- U.S.: 4–10 business days after shipping

3. Do you offer returns?
Yes — we offer returns within 30 days as long as items are unused and in original packaging.

No — Arcade purchases are final sale because they are discounted and randomized.
5. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

- Photos of the item
We’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, they may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location.
8. Why did my items arrive separately?
Some orders ship from different fulfillment centers, so items may arrive in separate packages.
9. What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
