3.4 Cancellations

  • After that, orders may enter fulfillment and cannot be canceled

Once marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Arcade (Mystery Bundle) purchases are final sale

6. Arcade (Mystery Bundle) Terms

By purchasing Arcade products, you acknowledge:

  • Items are partially randomized
  • You may receive a variety of designs or characters
  • All Arcade purchases are final sale and non-refundable

7. Fraud Prevention & Order Protection

7.1 Fraud Screening

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk
  • Request additional verification (such as ID or billing confirmation)
  • Limit quantities or restrict accounts

7.2 Account Abuse

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us at support@plushcapsule.com before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

8.2 Abuse of Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with all supporting evidence
  • You may be restricted from future purchases

8.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing false or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Being blocked from future transactions
