Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
1.2 High-Demand Periods
Due to viral demand (especially from social media), processing times may extend up to 5–7 business days.
We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
2.1 United States
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after shipment
- Most orders arrive within about 1 week
2.2 International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing
2.3 Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via air shipping through our network of fulfillment partners to ensure faster global delivery.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:

5. Address Accuracy

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
6.1 Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 5 days.
6.2 Carrier Investigations
We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Final resolutions depend on the carrier’s determination.
6.3 Liability
While we will do our best to help, Plush Capsule is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility
Customs delays are outside of our control.
8. Split Shipments
To get your order to you faster, items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
